1. Who we are

gHandling.com ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting airlines with ground handling service providers. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the platform.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, business email, organisation, role.
• Operational data: tenders, proposals, attachments, messages.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookies (see §7).

3. Legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

• Performance of a contract — operating your account and tenders.
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product analytics.
• Consent — non-essential cookies and marketing emails.
• Legal obligation — accounting, tax, lawful requests.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and up to 24 months after deletion for legal and audit purposes. You can request earlier erasure (see §6).

5. Sharing

Tender and proposal data is shared only with the counterparties you invite or are invited by. We use vetted processors (hosting, email, payments) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, and object to processing. Manage these in Account settings or write to privacy@apronly.example. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data.

8. International transfers

Data is hosted in the EU. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
