1. The service

gHandling.com is a private B2B marketplace for ground handling tenders. Access is restricted to verified airlines and handlers.

2. Pricing

Your first tender is free. Publishing additional tenders requires an active Pro subscription. Subscription fees, taxes, and billing cycle are shown at checkout.

3. Acceptable use

• No misrepresentation of identity, certifications, or capabilities.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access.
• Confidential commercial terms must remain confidential between counterparties.

4. Liability

gHandling.com facilitates negotiations but is not a party to the contracts entered into between airlines and handlers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where gHandling.com is established.
